Braintree Wellness Centre Project

Our electrical team delivered a comprehensive electrical & data design build package inconjunction with air conditioning & ventilation, commuications, security & plumbing specialist services.

Birthday Sparks

The electrical design included the Orion application & upgrade of the existing Orion boundary box, main switchboard & distribution, lighting & emergency light fittings, exterior carpark lighting & light fittings as well as general power outlets.

Christchurch Communications implemented a Cat6A structured cabling system including for Dynamix wall mounted cabinets, Ubiquiti data Wi-Fi network, TV & audio visual cabling & also the installation of all security & CCTV required.

South Island Plumbing installed base build plumbing throughout the centre, as well as some tenancy plumbing fit outs. They also worked in conjunction with our specialist air conditioning team, The Heat Pump People to install a suspended drainage system for the heat pump units located in the ceiling.

Ventilation for fresh air was installed by The Heat Pump People along with Daikin's VRV system for the tenancies (a multi-split climate management solution that optimises comfort & control whilst delivering significant energy efficiencies).
